The Transalley technology park's incubator, which is labelled by the Hauts-de-France region, is launching the second edition of their contest for the creation of an innovative business in the area of transportation.
Transalley is the centre of excellence dedicated to the innovative and sustainable mobility, in the heart of the most important french region in terms of automotive and rail industries. Located in Valenciennes next to the University, it gathers companies, research teams and operators of the sustainable mobility in the same place, offering its residents an environment conductive to developing their innovations.
The contest's aim is to pick innovative business creation projects with high growth potential as well as start-ups (less than 5 years old companies).
Projects have to be part of the areas of interest : urban, digital, accessible and sustainable mobility, intelligent transport systems. Prizes include price money, housing, mentoring and coaching as well as networking with r&d and industrials.

The Challenge is open to any physical person and startups (less than 5 years old companies) that have the ambition to create an innovative business, no matter one's professionnal situation, if one fulfills every requirements needed to legally start a business on the territory of the Hauts-de-France region.
Therefore, students, young graduates, researchers, teachers, employees or job seekers are all welcomed to take part in the Challenge.
